I am a rather large fan of his works, and find that many of his recommendations for meditation and living in general help me. Out of curiosity I flipped through some of his books that I have and then googled his words on Christianity and was struck by two quotes.
"It is safer to approach God through the Holy Spirit than through theology"
and the one that strikes me the most
"Discussing God is not the best use of our energy. If we touch the Holy Spirit, we touch God not as a concept but as a living reality."
These two quotes come from his book "Living Buddha, Living Christ"
To me in some ways these quotes encapsulate "Gnosticism", which to me is a method for coming to see and experience God as a living, inherent, ingrained, reality not something that is aloof and outside the realm of mans scope to experience.
Anyway, just idle thoughts, any feedback or comments would be welcome.
