Which God was he listening to?
Where then ten commandments given by the Creator God or the Father?
Moses tells of the Ark. Yet Jesus says in Secret John that Noah retired into a luminous cloud with others, and it wasn't as Moses said.
He also corrects Moses story about Adam and the Eponia.
Jesus was supposed to have been seen talking with Moses. So was Moses listening to and writing from the right God or the wrong one?

According to Ptolemy's Letter the Flora, Moses got the 10 Commandments from the True God and everything else was either his invention or an invention of the elders.

I don't put much stock in the story as literal, however I think that some of 10 reflect the true God.

I can't put my hand on it ATM, but I once read a piece that held that there was no archeological evidence of more than 4 or 5 commandments prior to the Israelites being taken into bondage in Babylon where they picked up the rest from the Zoroastrian "commandments" . As far as I know there is no archaeological evidence to any of the commandments, unless they have found the ark of the covenant hiding somewhere.

The Ethiopian Orthodox Church claims to have the Ark with the 10 commandments in it. I take this claim with a grain of salt since they refuse to show it. I'll believe it when I see it.

I'm thinking that the Holy Ghost was active during the pre Christ era, but did not occupy persons. That is why miracles were performed FOR people and not BY people (ie healing). Once Jesus gave the Holy Spirit to the Apostles at the end of John, they could perform miracles as the spirit resided IN them. Moses, then, didn't have the Holy Spirit, and could only listen to God as God told him of the plagues and of the 10 Cs. Otherwise, Moses was still lost for a long time to learn patience (I guess).
Am I wrong?
