There has been little activity on this board. It makes me wonder if I want to keep it going; I have no money for an advertizing budget. It's up to you people. Do you want to keep it??? I have no problem either way.

I would really like to see this board keep going. I have participated in may web boards over the years and most new ones have lull period like this when they first start. I think the best thing we could do is just invite people we think would be interested. There really are no safe places besides this to discuss unorthodox Christianity.
I will try and do my part to keep discussion rolling, I will try and start at least one thread a week and respond to others frequently.

The board will advertise itself in some ways. Check your admin area to view recent activities and see if the Google bots are scanning the forum. Once the bots record active posts, the search engine will display this site for inquiries made that match those posts (and metatags if you have an area for them).
When I started Moving Aire (my music), it took a while (couple of months) before the name appeared on the first inquiry by Google. If you Google my name, it pops up first. Of course, the Google bots spend a lot of time in itunes and a few other music places that have picked up my music. So, the more active the board, the better attraction of bots.

Thank you. As long as two or three people wish to make use of it, I have no problem keeping it going.

Is that the only way to keep this afloat?

Hi Eachalberg!
Enough people have said they enjoy it that it isn't going anywhere.

I'm new here, but so far I like what I see. There seems to be good supportive energy. I'm glad you're keeping it going.

I will try to participate more in the near future. It just seems that lately I haven't felt much like chatting, so apologies on my end.

I am going to post here more also. I have questions about certain things I read in the Gnostic Gospels that I am sure others can help me with. I sure don't see any help coming from CF.com but insults and closed mindedness.

Keep it going please! I just got here. If the forums stay alive for a while I would be happy to donate some money for some advertising or a more 'official' domain name.

And You shouldn't be paying for this, Soulgazer! Your leadership is admirable, that's the most important thing: to have people like You who understand things. Side note: I know what it's like to pay for a site, I did for my proprietary firm, it got expensive to say the least, but it is a good address. A good place to discuss is needed. If You saw that other sites were flawed regarding what kind of discussions and replies there were, I'm sure it was the right decision to start a new forum: There has been little activity on this board. It makes me wonder if I want to keep it going; I have no money for an advertizing budget.
